Description

Easy to prepare baked salmon. Marinade for 30 minutes and bake. Great warm over rice or cold on a bed of greens.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • fresh salmon 1 lbs


  • spring onion sliced 1/4 cup


  • Kikkoman Soy sauce 2 tbsp


  • Maple Syrup 2 tbsp


  • Nakano Seasoned rice vinegar 2 tbsp


  • olive oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • mix marinade (all liquids and spring onions)
  • Pat dry salmon and place in shallow dish
  • cover salmon with marinade
  • refrigerate for at least 30 min
  • preheat oven to 375 degrees (Fahrenheit)
  • place salmon on a baking sheet
  • cover with marinade and spring onion
  • bake for 20 min or until internal temp reaches 145 F
  • serve with rice and veggies of choice
  • great with some quick pickled cucumbers
